Radio Active Workshop

On Thursday 13th October, Year 2 were visited by Radio Active. This workshop was the children's essential learning experience for their 'Internation Media Station' topic. They worked in groups to compose and record a radio jingle to advertise our school. The children had to think about their audience (who they are, what cars they drive, what jobs they do, how they dress), make a storyboard and think about why St George's is such a fab school to come to. 

As you can see from the photos, the children had a brilliant time and were excited to tell everyone what they had been up to.
